Traveling Fees Apply
Travel fees are not specified in the law. Such fees are proper only if the notary and signer(s) agree beforehand on the amount to be charged. The signer must understand that a travel fee is neither required nor specified in the law and is separate from the notarial fees described herein. Travel fees range from $80.00 and up depending on the time of day and distance traveled. Travel fees will always be discussed prior to departure for your requested service.

Within Cypress, TX – Outside of Cypress, TX other charges may apply.
8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. = $80.00
7:01 p.m. – 9:59 p.m. = $100.00
10:00 p.m. – 6:59 a.m. = $150.00
Rush Fee (additional) = $100.00
(applies when services are requested less than two (2) hours from the time of telephone call, email, or other communication requesting service)
Real Estate Loan and Escrow Closing Fees
Single Loan Closing – 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – $200.00
Loan document generation (printing up to 200 pages) – $25.00
Scanning & emailing “scan backs” (up to 200 pages) – $25.00
Travel & non-closing fees if the borrower declines to sign – $100.00
Cancellation Fee (if canceled within 2 hours of appointment) – $50.00
Due and Payable Upon Receipt
ALL fees are due and payable on completion of services rendered.
All services are provided by appointment only with two (2) hour advance notice. At times an immediate request for services may be accommodated within minutes depending upon location, traffic, and weather. Services requested within the two (2) hour advanced notice are considered “rush” services and an additional “rush” service fee will apply.
*We can invoice established professional clients (title companies, law firms, medical offices) upon request.

Additional stop cost to drop off documents, FedEx, UPS, USPS overnight, USPS Priority Mail,
Mileage cost if outside of Cypress, TX: $.58 per mile driven (door to door).
Printing – $1.00 per page
Copies – $1.00 per page
Parking – $20.00 per appointment
Airport Parking/Toll/Hotel Parking – $20.00
Scan document to email – $1.00 per page
Other Services:
Airport Emergency Notarization $300 Flat Fee. (Bush/IAH only)
Apostille Service (to Austin, Texas) – $600
